The OCBR is delighted to announce the publication of Christian Sahner's new translation of Zoroastrian critiques of Islam. Professor Sahner's book, The Definitive Zoroastrian Critique of Islam Chapters 11-12 of the Škand Gumānīg-Wizār by Mardānfarrox son of Ohrmazddād, part of the Translated Texts for Historians series that is published by Liverpool University Press. TO mark the publication, the author will be in discussion with Averil Cameron (Classics/ Keble), Nicolai Sinai (AMES/ Pembroke) and Yuhan Sohrab-Dinshaw Vevaina (AMES/ Wolfson) at the Dorfman Centre, St Peter's College, at 5pm on 27 November. All are welcome. Drinks and nibbles will follow the event.
