Book publication: Cyprus in the Long Late Antiquity

The OCBR is delighted to congratulate Ine Jacobs on the publication of her new book Cyprus on the Long Late Antiquity: History and Archaeology between the Sixth and Eight Centuries. Edited by Professor Jacobs and Panayotis Panayides, the book challenges long-held views that the Arab raids of the mid-seventh century brought the island's prosperity to an end. The book, which contains seventeen papers by leading scholars in the field, is published by Oxbow books.
